Natalie was my personal stylist at Nordy’s. Over the years, she helped refresh my wardrobe as well as select pieces for special occasions – even once for a magazine spread! No matter the shop – Natalie had a keen eye for fashion but always built around my personal style and pocketbook. I’d call it a “bend without breaking” approach, essentially pulling things that pushed me a little to be more updated yet aligned with my inner me. Her honesty was treasured – truly a “no holds barred” approach, which is so important, especially in a stylist. She’d always help complete my look with the right accessories but never pressuring me if I lacked interest. Similarly, she’d guide me to the right mix of sale items and in season “must haves.”

Perhaps most importantly, we always had a fun shop! Natalie is both interesting and personable. Our last in person shop was around the time of some unrest in the City. After she rang up my items, she insisted on walking me to my car so that I’d be safe. We settled on a “half-way” walk and a partial ship. I’ll never forget that special gesture, truly a reflection of her dedication to customer service and personal touch. Five out of five stars in my book!
